  • The steam nozzle is used to foam the milk to cappuccinos or café lattes, for example.
  • To manual foaming, use pasteurised UHT milk just out of the refrigerator (3-5°C).
  • Tips and tricks: When making milk foam, fill the cup with milk up to a third full. Put the steam nozzle in the milk and hold it against the edge of the cup. Hold the cup at a 45° angle. This technique create a whirlpool in the milk to provide as much foam as possible. By following these steps, you can create foam like a barista, ready to be used in milk-based drinks.
